Rewards

Our emphasis is always on rewarding positive behaviour, however, an important aspect of our partnership with parents/carers is informing them if their child’s behaviour is unacceptable and sharing responsibility for that behaviour. 

We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all our pupils and students so they can learn in a relaxed and secure atmosphere. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable at our Academy, whether it is in the Academy or on off-site activities. If bullying does occur, all children should be able to tell and know that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively.
