Spanish lessons will focus on developing speaking, listening, reading and writing skills and will include a variety of activities such as imitating the teacher’s pronunciation and intonation, word games, watching video clips of native speakers, written drills and speaking tasks in pairs and small groups. Homework will be set on a weekly basis. Students will have a booklet covering each half term’s work. One of the best ways families can support their children’s learning is to test them on the vocabulary lists contained in these booklets.
